John is a
long-time member of the Kentucky Bar and has passed the bar examination in
Texas, Louisiana, and New Jersey. Attorney Baumann is a past Chair of the
Corporate House Counsel section of the Kentucky Bar Association and has
presented several times, including on "Effective Negotiation" at the
section's 2009 Annual Seminar.

Baumann has obtained the most experience in his 22 years of practice include
employment disputes, discrimination claims, discriminatory harassment
claims, contract disputes, transactions (mergers &
